With her roots traced back to Shumen, аn heir of the Thracian culture and the First Bulgarian Empire, Dessy can easily be called a citizen of two worlds with a genuine passion for people and animals.

Today you'll find Dessy living life between Limerick, Pomorie, and Shumen, and she never misses a chance to dip her toes into the waters of the Black Sea.

Dessy's academic and professional journeys began in Varna in early 2000, where she first started working in travel and tourism.

Looking for a change and driven by natural curiosity, in 2005, Dessy continued her studies at the University of Limerick, completing a Master's in Finance and Financial Management. While studying and working at the Shannon Airport, she attains valuable experience in air travel.

After university, Dessy spends several years in banking, tax and investment companies. Soon after, she realises that this isn't her passion and takes a career leap into the IT sector. 

Dessy loves spending summertime with her family and dog Bailey on the beach of Pomorie.

Her innate drive for helping brings Dessy to Dentaround as our patient coordinator and on-the-ground support in Ireland.
